DESCRIPTION
Freyssines is a former semi-troglodyte dwelling tastefully renovated to preserve the authentic charm created by the exposed rock and wood. This holiday home in Dordogne, without vis-à-vis, is located at the end of a private road, in the heart of the countryside, far from any traffic. It is surrounded by woods and walking paths. You will be in the perfect place for a change of scenery, rejuvenation, and complete rest.
This cottage with a private pool can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house’s area is approximately 170m², with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The 8000m² wooded grounds will offer you the necessary calm and space to rest.
Ground floor:
- The large living room accommodating the lounge and dining area opens onto the west-facing terrace overlooking the pool. You will enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding forest.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, 2 fridges/freezers, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc…)
- A laundry room/pantry with washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, storage.
- The red bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and a private shower room.
- The dormitory with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6) and a private bathroom (shower and bathtub)
